Radar level gauges are generally installed on large storage tanks. Although the radar level meter has a display screen, it is too inconvenient for workers on the ground to climb to the top of the tank to see the data. What methods are there to simply allow workers to monitor the changes in the material level in the tank in real time on the ground?

The first method is to display the meter twice. Some customers require a simpler requirement to equip the radar level meter with a secondary display instrument and install it in the worker’s operating room, so that the worker can easily observe the change of the fabric level in the tank in the control room to control the feed and discharge Material speed, etc. We only need to use a twisted-pair shielded wire to connect the radar level meter and the secondary meter. The high material level and low material level of the corresponding radar level meter can be set on the secondary instrument.

The second method, PLC or DCS system. Some companies require more integration, and there will be industrial control systems in the background.
